Place the resistance band just above your knees. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, then lower into a comfortable squat. Keep your chest lifted and core engaged.

Stand back up, step both feet out to a wide stance and lower into a squat. Keep your knees aligned with your toes and your weight through your heels.

Push through your feet to stand and bring your feet back in to hip width position. Then lower into a comfortable squat.

Continue moving out → squat → in → squat for the planned number of repetitions. Keep tension on the band throughout.
