Meet Deepa
Hi, I am the founder of DEEPFIT, a mum of two, and a lifelong student of holistic wellness.
My journey into wellness didn't begin with a perfect fitness routine or a single life-changing moment. It began with curiosity: understanding how food, movement, mindset, recovery and everyday habits work together to influence how we feel.
That curiosity has become a commitment.
Today, I'm pursuing certifications in Nutrition and Gut Health because I believe that if I'm creating wellness products, it's my responsibility to understand the science behind them. Every product should have a purpose. Every ingredient should earn its place.
DEEPFIT was born from a simple belief: wellness should fit into real life, not the other way around.
My vision is to build a brand that makes holistic wellness simpler, more practical and more accessible, helping people create healthy habits they can sustain for life.
I don't believe in chasing perfection. I believe in building wellness, one mindful choice at a time.
Mind Hub.Coming soon.
Deepa is building the Mind side of DEEPFIT: short, practical ways to pause. Want it first?
Good to know.
DEEPFIT Whey Protein Isolate, sold in 1,280 g tubs in three flavours: Simply Vanilla, Matcha Vanilla and Island Cocoa.
Scoop it into a shaker, add your liquid and shake. The serving size and mixing directions for your flavour are on the pack.
Each flavour has a report from METS laboratory on a sample taken in August 2026. It checks four heavy metals (arsenic, lead, mercury, cadmium) and seven microbiology measures, and all three flavours passed. The reports don't measure protein content per serving.
It's made from milk (whey). Check the label on your flavour for the full list before you buy.
DEEPFIT is Deepa's brand, operated by Essential Brands Trading LLC in IMPZ, Dubai.
